The process from start to finish

 This phase includes a site survey to assess the options of placement for the garden room, and to discuss with yourselves any specific requirements you may or may not want for your build. This time also gives us a chance to work with you to factor in budgets and ensure the lowest costs whilst delivering the garden room of your dreams.  

Once we have carried out the site survey we then build a specific quote for the project. This price is a fixed cost and will not change unless you want to add anything extra or make changes to your original plan. Your quotation will be detailed and broken down specifically and we will ensure this reaches you within 5 working days.

This part is not usually necessary as in the majority of cases your Garden room will fall under your permitted development rights. If there is a need for planning we can contact the local authority on your behalf and start the process for you. (This will be assessed as part of the site survey and will be made clear to you on quotation whether or not you need to apply for full planning.)  We will then submit your ideas to our structural engineer and architect who will design the building to meet all load requirements for the building and foundations to ensure you have a building that lasts for a lifetime. 

 Our fully qualified and experienced team of tradesmen then construct your garden room start to finish from the foundations to the plaster and paint. Ensuring any plumbing or electrical services are carried out by fully qualified technicians that can sign off the work undertaken.  

 The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and a walk round with the client to make sure you are happy with the work undertaken before final payment is raised. We also have long standing relationships with Bespoke joinery companies, Upholsterers, Cinema seating companies, Landscapers and Fake grass companies so that you can be sure that if you require one of these services, to say, create a bespoke bar and seating area you will be put in touch with only the most reputable and highly trusted companies in their respective fields.
